7 O' CLOCK - breakfast- 1 glass milk,toast with egg or paneer, brown bread.daliya can also be taken.
11 O' CLOCK- fruit chat or germinated sprouts with tomatoes , potatoes according to taste
1 O' CLOCK- lunch - 2-3 chapattis , dal, probiotic curd.don't take pickles .food to not be oily.
3-4 o' clock- flavoured soyamilk or milk . cutlet , fried eggs can be taken as snacks.
8 O, CLOCK- dinner- chapattis ,dal, vegetable
bedtime- a glass of warm milk
